Lawyer

Kelly L. Buffett

Kelly started her legal career right here in Fredericton, NB in 2004. She then spent several years practicing litigation in Ontario and Nova Scotia, but always wanted to return home and open her own practice, bringing valuable experience back with her. Kelly has appeared in several levels of court in all three provinces, including the highlight of her career at the Supreme Court of Canada. Kelly now focuses her practice on real estate to provide a more general service to her community.

Paralegal

Kelsey Arnold

Being in a military family, Kelsey has lived in several provinces across Canada, but made New Brunswick her home in 2013. She graduated from Atlantic Business College in 2017 and joined the Buffett Law team as a Paralegal in 2019. Kelsey has always had a passion for the law, and her strong work ethic and dedication to clients make her a true asset to the firm. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and three fur babies!
